Payments and Communication
      Keeping families informed and connected to school life

Arbor
​Elloughton Primary School uses Arbor to support both payments and communication with families.

Arbor helps us to share important information quickly and ensures that payments are simple, secure and convenient.

Arbor is used to:
​

• pay for and order school lunches at home
• pay and/or give consent for educational visits and visitors 
• book and pay for after school activity clubs 
• pay nursery invoices
• pay for ad hoc items and school events
• receive school newsletters and updates (received via email)
• keep up to date with important information and messages (received via email) 

Parents and carers will receive an invitation from the school to set up and access their Arbor Parent Portal account.  Instructions can also be found in our Arbor Parent User Guide.  If you require any support with this, please contact the school office.


ClassDojo
We also use ClassDojo to support communication with parents and carers.

​This platform allows staff to share regular updates, photos and key moments from the children’s learning, giving families a valuable insight into their child’s day at school. ClassDojo is also used to share key dates and important information

As a two-way communication platform, it enables parents and carers to share photographs and updates from home, including activities, sporting achievements and family events, which children can then share and celebrate with their class.

This helps to strengthen the home–school partnership by keeping parents informed, engaged and connected to their child’s learning experiences.
