As part of our Behaviour policy the children are encouraged to work towards a common goal in the form of earning house points. Competition is fierce for the top spot and the children are always excited on a Friday morning to see how their house is doing in the celebration assembly. We believe this helps build a strong sense of belonging and also encourages team work.
House Sing Off
Our very first House Sing off held prior to the half term holiday was a roaring success. Each house had to choose a song with the theme of friendship. All the children and staff were extremely enthusiastic, keen to show off their singing ability and be the proud winners of this event. Our judges, Mrs Janet Hutson and Mrs Debbie Redman, had a tricky job selecting the winner. Well done to Leo who were the champions, singing ‘With a Little Help from my Friends.’ They had good volume from the outset and skilfully changed their tone with the refrain, Virgo came a close second singing ‘I’ll be there for You’ and Orion came third also singing ‘ With A Little Help from my Friends.’ |

The first reward day they were given a house water challenge to complete. The challenge was met with much enthusiasm, shrieks of delight...and a few wet items of clothing!
The next reward day involved fire pits, campfires and the all important marshmallows. We hope you enjoy viewing the photos of the rewards as much as the children enjoyed taking part in them...
